Florida "D and "G" License Training

D License - Unarmed Officer

The State of Florida requires that all Security Officers hold a D LICENSE.

A minimum of 40 hours of training as required by the State of Florida Department of Licensing pursuant to Section 493.6123 (1).

I T T I offers the course of 24 hours training every week .

Cost is $155.00 and includes materials for the class, photos and fingerprints and state fees.

During classes, recruiters from various agencies may come and speak. Our staff of experienced and well trained instructors come from various backgrounds such as the Police Department, Intelligent Agency Special Forces, and various Agencies.

G License - Armed security officer

Armed Security Officer in the state of Florida required having their G LICENSE, in addition to the D LICENSE you must obtain a G LICENSE. This required 28 hours of training is held every week. Cost is $165.00 which includes all your training tools as the gun, holster, ammo, eye and ear protection, and your photo.

Requalification: Each year a G LICENSE holder must requalify in a mandatory of 4 hour class. Cost: $65.00.
